BALADUR

The drug Baladur consists of mature fruit of Semecarpus anacardium L. f. (Anacardiaceae); a medium sized tree found in moist deciduous forests all over the country.
Temperament: Hot and Dry
Action(s): Nervine tonic (Muqawwi-e-Asab), Memory and intellect enhancer (Muqawwi-e-Zahn wa Hafiza), Cardiotonic (Muqawwi-e-Qalb), Curative for Phlegmatic disorders (Dafi-e-Amraz-e-Balghami).
Theraputic Use(s): Neurasthenia(Zof-e-Asab), Weak memory(Zof-e-Hafiza), Cardiac insufficiency(Zof-e-Qalb), Hemiplegia(Falij), Facial palsy(Laqwa)
Dose: 125 mg.
